Hashbrown Casserole

ingredients: 
1 bag of hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (if you want cheese on top, add more)
8 oz sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup

directions:
1. Combine the soup, and sour cream, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper, then mix in the cheese. 
2. Pour over hashbrowns in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. 
3. Cook for 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
